Do you want to allow customers to pay electronically using your unmanned terminal, for example, for tickets, parking, beverage/candy machines, or coin dispensers? Or do you have a manned situation with a cash register? However, is linking the PIN terminal with the (cash register) application too complicated, or is the certification too expensive? We have a smart solution that allows your (cash register) application to connect with PIN devices with ease.
Easy integration
The interface designed by Koole Controls ensures that the pin unit is easy to control. This makes integration into existing devices such as POS systems or standalone vending machines easy.
The KC-PIN, which forms the interface between the cash register system and PIN unit, can be equipped with a display to provide additional information to the cashier. Additionally, you can easily check the status of the PIN unit via your office (IP) network.
How does it work?
Integrating a cash register, (web) application or payment terminal to a PIN terminal can be very difficult. Your till or application needs to communicate with the PIN device via a tricky protocol. We have put this protocol in a smart module and take care of the handling of a transaction. Your cash register or application communicates with the module using a simple protocol.

As the integration within your own systems is a simple process, the desired solution can be realized in no time. Whether it's a manned solution where a salesperson is present or an unmanned applications in, for example, a self-service shop, in both cases the implementation of Koole Controls is just as simple.
How does it work?
Using our special smart module (KC80PIN) makes the process of integrating the PIN solution into your application a lot easier. Your system, whether it's a local till or a webshop, communicates directly with this KC80PIN module. In turn, this module manages the correct handling of the payment request. Unmanned PIN solutions
When talking about unmanned PIN solutions, we think of:

The unmanned PIN solutions can be anywhere: shops, physical webshops and other public locations.
How does it work?
The solution for unmanned applications can be implemented in two different ways.
1. Lokale applicatie verzorgt aansturing
Stel je hebt een verkoopautomaat voor producten in jouw winkel/centrum, waarbij de software applicatie op een lokale pc draait. De klant maakt de keuzes via bijvoorbeeld het touchscreen van de automaat en wil aan het einde afrekenen. Jouw software applicatie communiceert nu met de KC80PIN controller om de pintransactie uit te voeren. Na betaling wordt automatisch de kwitantie voor de klant afgedrukt.
2. Cloud- / Web- /server based applicatie verzorgt aansturing
Jouw verkoopautomaat kan ook bestaan uit een touchscherm waarop je een browser draait. De klant kan zo rechtstreeks in (bijvoorbeeld) jouw webshop, of vanuit kouw ERP oplossing die vanaf een extrene server wordt gedraaid, de aan te schaffen producten selecteren. Zodra er betaald moet worden stuur je, rechtreeks vanuit de Cloud, de opdracht naar de KC80PIN controller van RetailPinnen.nl. Deze zorgt voor verdere afhandeling van de betaling en het afdrukken van de kwitantie voor de klant.
Een lokaal draaiende pc met bijbehorende software is dus niet meer nodig om een dergelijk verkooppunt te realiseren. Dit bespaart beheer- en onderhoudskosten.
Bemande pinoplossingen
In uw bemande winkel kan de betaaloplossing van Koole Controls je een grote besparing opleveren. Het maken van een integratie met onze pinapparatuur is zeer eenvoudig.
How does it work?
Jouw software applicatie communiceert met de KC80PIN controller om de pintransactie uit te voeren. Ook CloudPinnen is mogelijk; Rechtstreeks vanuit de Cloud de KC80PIN controller aansturen. Je kunt jouw cloud kassa applicatie gebruiken in jouw winkel en vanuit de Cloud rechtstreeks de pinterminal aansturen. Of CloudPinnen waarbij je vanuit jouw webshop rechtstreeks de pinterminal aanstuurt. Ook het ERP verkoopsysteem bij jouw verkoop balie kan op deze manier rechtstreeks worden gepind.
Aparte pc applicaties op locatie zijn hiermee overbodig geworden. Dit bespaart beheer- en onderhoudskosten.
Apparatuur
Yomani
Voor bemande omgevingen kun je gebruik maken van de YOMANI. De YOMANI is de opvolger van de succesvolle XENTA PIN unit. Pinnen, chippen of betalen met credit cards? Geen probleem, je klanten kunnen met alle kaarten bij je terecht. Via de door Koole Controls ontworpen interface is de YOMANI gemakkelijk aan te sturen en is de integratie met bestaande apparaten eenvoudig te realiseren.
Xenteo
Heb je een onbemande betaalautomaat en wil je dat klanten kunnen pinnen? Dan is de XENTEO de oplossing voor jou. De XENTEO wordt door ons geleverd met een goedgekeurd inbouwframe en ‘XENOA’ kaartlezer. Via de door Koole Controls ontworpen interface is de XENTEO gemakkelijk aan te sturen en is de integratie in bestaande apparaten eenvoudig te realiseren. Pinnen, chippen of betalen met credit cards? Geen probleem, jouw klanten kunnen met alle kaarten bij jou terecht.
