With our on-call service, we also offer you the opportunity to contact us outside office hours when you have problems that cannot wait. The service is not intended for issues that can wait until a subsequent working day and are therefore not critical.
Examples for which calls can be made:
- Multiple homes are not getting hot
- Multiple guests are not getting access to the home
- Even after checking that the right counter unit is selected, user card (rfid) creation does not work
- Parking/payment system does not work
Examples for which the service is not intended:
- Coupling of a lock after lock change (this can be carried out by your TD, or on the next working day by Koole Controls)
- Outside lock, guest does not enter an individual home
- An individual home does not heat up
- Intercom problems (these are not supplied by us)
Available times on-call:
Weekdays: end of working hours until 20:00
Weekend days: 09:00 to 12:00
Holidays: 09:00 to 12:00
